Enlist for FAR’s Operation Profitability: Attend the 2004 Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference Oct. 15
ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 17, 2004 -- Real estate professionals know that managing a successful business doesn’t happen by accident. It takes hard work, dedication and expertise to keep a brokerage running smoothly and profitably. That's why brokers and managers interested in improving their businesses’ bottom line are planning to attend the Florida Association of Realtors’® (FAR) fifth annual Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference on Oct. 15.
Taking place at the Renaissance Orlando Hotel near Orlando's International Airport, the 2004 Broker/Manager Profitability Conference offers participants the chance to network and learn about the latest strategies for improving profitability in today's competitive real estate industry. Sessions include: marketing strategies; dealing with market pressures; an update on risk management and legal issues facing the real estate industry; secrets of recruiting top talent; and a brokers' panel to address ideas for troubleshooting and problem-solving that brokers can use in their businesses.
The featured luncheon speaker will be Pat Butler, director of corporate and business development for The Keyes Co. Butler will focus on ways to survive and thrive in today's changing business climate, with a discussion of ways that brokers can leverage off their existing business models and create new revenue streams that complement their core business.
Brokers and managers who want to register for the Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference should call the FAR Registrar at 1-800-669-4327. Register on or before Oct. 1 for a cost of $125 per participant. After that, the cost is $150. Pre-registration closes Oct. 7; after that date, registrations will be taken on site.
