Trinity Realtor® Elected District Vice President of Florida’s Largest Professional Association
ORLANDO, FL — Robert Memoli, broker/owner, Florida Luxury Realty Inc. in Trinity, has been elected District 6 vice president of the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR), the state’s largest professional association. A member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors® and the Hernando Board of Realtors®, Memoli will serve his fellow professionals in District 6, which encompasses Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
“Insurance is the No. 1 challenge we have in our marketplace today,” Memoli says. “The cost of insurance in our market has doubled and tripled in some cases over the past two years, forcing many people out of owning their own home.”
Active in residential brokerage and new home sales, Memoli is a past president of the West Pasco board and a former “Realtor® of the Year.” He is also past chairman of the Pasco Chamber of Commerce, president of Leadership Pasco's 2005 class, a past director of the Pinellas-Anclote River Board Basin, a board member of Center for Independence, past president of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs and has instructed classes for Junior Achievement. Memoli also became a deacon of Joyful Spirit Lutheran Church this past November.
Memoli brings extensive management experience to his role as FAR district vice president. “I feel that my strength is to be able to listen to people, get through to the real issue and relate to individuals with sincerity, honesty and compassion,” he says.
As a FAR vice president, Memoli will focus on Realtor® education, training and involvement in vital housing-related issues in the region. As real estate professionals, Realtors® seek to improve the availability and affordability of housing, while helping people from all walks of life achieve the American dream.
The Florida Association of Realtors®, the voice for real estate in Florida, provides programs, services, ongoing education, research and legislative representation to its more than 155,000 members in 68 local boards/associations throughout the state.
